ASIAN MOLD CRAFT INTERNATIONAL DECOR our Company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality architectural and industrial glass solutions. With a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and customer service, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Salesman to join our growing team.
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Salesman with a background in the glass, aluminum industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across retail and project-based channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and fabricators
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations
- Follow up on project tenders and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Proven 2–5 years of sales experience in the glass, aluminum Sector
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of local construction market and key industry players
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a technical field
- Familiarity with glass types, processing methods, and specifications
- Experience using CRM software or ERP systems
