Job Summary:
Monday to Friday (Friday Half day)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, and delivers exceptional customer service with a smile. You’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a great experience every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and smoothies.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing queries or concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and customer seating areas.
- Ensure all products meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Handle cash and card payments efficiently and accurately.
- Restock supplies such as cups, lids, milk, coffee beans, etc., as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
