Master Catering is seeking a dedicated and responsible School Canteen Supervisor to oversee daily canteen operations within a school environment. This role ensures high standards of food handling, excellent customer service, and smooth coordination with management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day canteen operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Check and verify all food deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and storage practices are strictly followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and teachers.
- Maintain attractive and organized food displays.
- Oversee stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Train, guide, and support canteen staff to maintain company standards.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
- Uphold health and safety regulations in line with Dubai Municipality and HACCP guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food & beverage or school canteen operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle feedback professionally.
