We are a professional Auto Car Care Center, committed to providing luxury Car service experiences to our clients in abu dhabi We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Secretary / Office Administrator to handle administrative tasks and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Prepare booking schedules and coordinate with drivers.
- Maintain company records and documents.
- Handle invoicing, receipts, and basic accounts.
- Assist management in daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Requirements:
- Female candidate .
- Previous experience in secretarial or administrative work
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, booking software).
- Well-presented, organized, and professional.
