Joining CSC UAE as a Senior Business Development Manager/Client Partner means becoming a key player in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets, while being backed by a global industry leader. Operating from our office in Dubai, you will be part of our EMEA Corporate Services team, bringing CSC’s full suite of corporate, legal, and financial services to clients across the UAE and GCC region.
This is a client-facing sales role focused on new client acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term client relationship development. You will work closely with service delivery teams in the UAE and globally, as well as the wider EMEA Corporate Services team and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a seamless, high-quality client experience.
This role is suited for a highly experienced, proactive business development professional with a strong network in the GCC region, deep sector knowledge, and a proven track record in consultative sales.
What you will be doing;
- Drive new sales and revenue across CSC’s corporate, legal, and fiduciary services in the UAE and broader GCC region.
- Identify and win new business mandates targeting existing client accounts across all business lines.
- Develop and maintain strong, client-centric relationships with corporate clients, asset managers, law firms, intermediaries, and referral partners.
- Leverage a strong regional network to build a high-value pipeline of opportunities, with a focus on cross-border business and strategic accounts.
- Collaborate closely with onboarding team to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding of new clients, including the review of documentation and coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate communication and resolve any issues during the onboarding process.
- Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities across business lines and regions to maximize account value and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the local UAE service delivery teams and global counterparts to deliver tailored, jurisdictionally compliant solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, actively managing and reporting pipeline status against financial targets.
- Represent CSC at key regional industry events, participate in panels, and lead business development campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support the growth of CSC’s UAE office as a strategic hub for clients operating in the Middle East and globally.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the UAE/GCC region, with a solid understanding of local market dynamics.
- Strong and active network of business partners and intermediaries within the region.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships within financial services, legal, and corporate sectors.
- In-depth understanding of corporate services and financial services business models and regulatory environments.
- Experience with sales strategy, consultative selling, and cross-jurisdictional collaboration.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures with a client-first mindset.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales tracking, and reporting best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong team collaborator.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region and occasionally to Europe or other global offices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in professional services or financial services business development roles.
- Fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
