Job Description
Role Summary
As a Senior Creative Designer at talabat, you’re not just designing — you’re shaping how our brand shows up in the region and in our app. You bring ideas to life with craft, personality, and cultural edge, balancing campaign creativity with product design know-how. You’re trusted to own projects from start to finish, making sure our visual identity feels just as powerful in an OOH ad as it does on a splash screen. You’re still sharpening your leadership voice, but your work already inspires trust, respect, and a few double-taps.
What's on your plate:
Turn briefs into scroll-stoppers
Translate strategic briefs into strong, relevant creative concepts.
Develop and execute design work that feels bold, local, and unmistakably talabat.
Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and refine them into clear creative outputs.
Elevate craft & consistency
Design across formats — social, OOH, CRM, co-brand, and in-app experiences — ensuring every output feels fresh but aligned to our “realer than real” brand world.
Own the visual design of key app touchpoints (splash screens, banners, in-app promos), working in Figma to bring ideas seamlessly into the product.
Take full ownership of design quality, with an eye for detail and a high bar for craft.
Bridge brand & product
Apply product design principles to ensure creative work is not just beautiful, but functional and user-friendly within the app.
Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to design app visuals that balance usability with storytelling.
Push our visual identity forward in digital environments while keeping brand consistency intact.
Bring brand & audience together
Use cultural insights, local trends, and audience behaviors to shape design work.
Balance creativity with strategic intent so every asset resonates with our brand love audience.
Ensure visuals and copy connect seamlessly, amplifying storytelling.
Collaborate & influence
Work closely with copywriters, brand managers, marketers, and product designers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Mentor junior designers with feedback that sharpens both the work and their thinking.
Present your work confidently to internal stakeholders, explaining the “why” behind your creative decisions.
Own your impact
Manage multiple projects and deliver on time without compromising quality.
Spot potential challenges early and suggest solutions.
Hold yourself accountable to the standard of “would I be proud to post this on my own feed?”

Confidence in articulating creative decisions and presenting to stakeholders.
A collaborative spirit, plus a knack for mentoring juniors.
Curiosity and obsession with trends, culture, and design craft — always hungry to push ideas further.
