Key Responsibilities-
Sales and Commercial Performance
- Maximize sales and profitability by identifying and capitalizing on institutional sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement institutional sales strategies.
- Monitor and control costs within the established budget.
- Identify internal and external commercial growth opportunities to expand business reach.
- Enhance productivity through optimal resource planning and deployment.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure Landmark is positioned as the preferred supplier, always delivering excellent customer service.
Account Management
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate on-site set-ups and ensure seamless client experience throughout the fulfillment process
- Contribute to the successful rollout of new business initiatives and projects that support institutional growth.
- Build and maintain strong trade relations with institutional clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping for all transactions.
- Execute POS invoicing accurately for all transactions related to B2B sales.
- Oversee complete order processing cycle, including payment reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up for payment collection as agreed terms.
- Recommend and facilitate approval of credit limits for institutional clients in coordination with the finance department.
Inventory Management & Stock Distribution
- Work closely with the Buying team to fulfil special or custom product requirements.
- Oversee effective inventory management for institutional sales, including order processing, stock availability, consolidation, movement, and returns.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels using Retail Management System and Stock Inventory Management tools to ensure stock availability for institutional orders
- Provide monthly feedback to the Manager on sales performance, inventory status, and product-related insights.
