We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess a deep understanding of the influencer landscape in the UAE and MENA region, and be skilled in developing and executing effective influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
What You'll Do
- Research, identify and vet relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat etc) in the UAE and MENA region, aligning with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, rate and deliverables with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop creative briefs and guidelines for influencers to ensure brand messaging and campaign objectives are met.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to content review and approval.
- Ensure timely delivery of influencer content and adherence to campaign timelines.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key influencers and their management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure brand guidelines, legal requirements, and campaign objectives are met.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, particularly within the UAE and MENA market.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Essential: In-depth knowledge and understanding of the social media landscape and influencer ecosystem in the UAE and MENA region.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.) and their analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
