Job Description
We’re looking for a people-focused HR leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders, guide a talented HR Business team, and shape initiatives that help our people thrive across offices and project sites in the region.
In this role, you will:
- Drive and deliver people strategies that align with business goals.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders across the Middle East.
- Lead and develop a HR Business team.
- Collaborate with internal partners on HR operations, culture, engagement, and talent acquisition.
- Champion wellbeing, learning, and development initiatives.
- Support nationalization programs and ensure high welfare standards across sites.
- Use HR insights to improve retention, engagement, and performance.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven HR leadership experience in a multi-site, multicultural environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of Middle East labor laws, nationalization requirements and international high welfare standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in English – Arabic and/or French is an asset
- At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on organizational development, culture, or people partnering
- Prior experience in the construction or engineering sector is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset and comfort working with people-related metrics
- Solid knowledge of local labour laws and best HR practices in the Middle East is a plus
- Willingness to travel to sites across the region on a regular basis
