We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between customers and our technical team, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, understand their service requirements, and provide accurate information.
- Prepare service estimates, explain repair details, and obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Update customers on the progress of their vehicles and address any concerns.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
