Service Marketing Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 2–3 years (Automobile sector)
Requirement: UAE valid driving license
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Service Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in automotive service marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote workshop services
- Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns to attract new customers
- Build relationships with fleet owners, corporate clients, and retail customers
- Coordinate with the service team to create targeted offers and promotions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Maintain and update social media pages with engaging content
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the automobile / car service industry
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of automotive services and customer expectations in the UAE market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with digital marketing tools is a plus
