Key Responsibilities:
- Shelf Stocking: Ensure shelves are consistently stocked and attractively arranged for easy shopping.
- Product Rotation: Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) system to manage product freshness.
- Clean & Tidy Displays: Keep your section clean, orderly, and aligned with store presentation standards.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers and help them find what they need.
- Restocking: Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain stock levels and avoid product shortages.
- Quality Control: Promptly remove expired or damaged items to maintain high product standards.
- Inventory Management: Track and report waste or damaged goods to help maintain inventory accuracy.
