Job Purpose:
- To deliver high-quality service with creativity and professionalism, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction that drives repeat business.
- To ensure all food and beverage products and services are executed in line with the client’s brand and service standards.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- High school diploma or graduate in a relevant hospitality-related course
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate / HACCP Awareness (preferred)
- Able to read, write, and speak English; Arabic is an added advantage
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage operations, including restaurants and bars within establishments of similar size and service standards
Skills & Knowledge:
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (preferred)
- Understanding of restaurant, bar, or hotel food and beverage operations (preferred)
- Technical knowledge of service procedures and F&B operations
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
Training:
- Certificate in Basic Food Hygiene / HACCP (preferred)
- Certificate in Customer Service or Customer Care (preferred)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
