Role Overview
You’ll be the face of Biohackn inside our upcoming location. Your day is a mix of welcoming walk‑ins, guiding high‑net‑worth and wellness‑curious visitors through our technologies, demonstrating key benefits in simple language, capturing qualified leads, and converting interest into purchases (on‑site, online, or in‑home installs). This role blends luxury retail hospitality with consultative wellness sales.
What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement & Discovery
- Greet every visitor quickly and professionally; create a relaxed, premium experience.
- Ask simple qualifying questions (home vs gym, health goals, budget range, space).
- Adapt explanations to the customer—beginner friendly or science‑curious deep dive.
Product Demonstration & Education
- Demonstrate features and benefits of core products: infrared saunas, cold plunge systems, red light therapy, PEMF mats, molecular hydrogen devices, and accessories.
- Explain health + recovery benefits using approved Biohackn talking points and comparison guides (training provided).
- Show real‑world use cases: athletes, executives, home wellness rooms, clinics.
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Capture visitor details (name, WhatsApp, email, interest level) in CRM/tablet.
- Book follow‑up calls, showroom return visits, or in‑home measurement appointments.
- Generate quotes from standard pricing sheets; escalate custom builds to sales lead.
- Hit monthly conversion targets (leads > opportunities > closed sales).
Client Follow‑Up
- Send post‑visit WhatsApp/video follow‑ups
- Coordinate with central sales team for proposals, invoicing, and installation scheduling.
Showroom Operations
- Maintain pristine product presentation (cleaning, resets, accessory display).
- Track inventory of demo stock, brochures, sample accessories, consumables.
- Log daily footfall, hot leads, and product questions for marketing feedback.
Content & Events Support
- Assist during private demo nights, influencer shoots, press walk‑throughs.
- Capture quick customer testimonial clips (consent required) for marketing.
- Provide weekly “what shoppers asked” insights to marketing for better FAQs and ads.
Service Escalation
- Record and escalate any product concerns, technical issues, or warranty questions to the operations team.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience
- 1+ year in showroom, retail sales, spa, fitness, medical devices, beauty tech, consumer electronics, or luxury hospitality sales.
- Proven comfort meeting or exceeding sales targets (share examples).
Skills
- Strong communication—explain tech in simple, friendly terms.
- Consultative selling: listen first, guide toward the right solution.
- Confident using CRM, POS systems, WhatsApp Business, and email follow‑ups.
- Comfortable on camera for short product demo clips (training provided).
Personal Traits
- Polished, warm, professional presence suitable for a high‑end gallery environment.
- Curious about health, recovery, and performance. You don’t need to be a scientist; you do need to enjoy learning.
- Reliable, punctual, organized; able to stand for long periods.
- Team player—this is a two‑person coverage model with rotating days off.
Language
- Fluent spoken and written English required.
- Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Russian, Tagalog, or other commonly spoken UAE languages a plus.
Education
- High school certificate required; diploma/degree in health, sports science, hospitality, or business is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Based in Palm Jumeirah.
- 6‑day roster (common in retail) or 5‑day w/ split coverage—final schedule TBD.
- Must be available for some evenings/weekend events.
