- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD software.
- Good 2D&3D designing knowledge
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
- Address any deviations from project plans and specifications promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards proactively.
- Collaborate closely with design teams, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure project goals are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel as needed.
