Job Title: Site Supervisor – Façade and Aluminum

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor specializing in façade and aluminum works to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing façade and aluminum projects, leading site teams, and ensuring the successful and safe execution of all site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Management: Supervise all on-site activities related to façade and aluminum installations, ensuring compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and timelines.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures and ensure work aligns with industry standards and project requirements.
- Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards, conduct regular site inspections and audits, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Material Management: Monitor the delivery, handling, and storage of materials to ensure quality and timely availability.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues on-site, coordinating with the project manager and stakeholders to avoid delays.
- Progress Monitoring: Maintain daily work logs, track progress against schedules, and report any variances or risks.
- Client Interaction: Maintain professional communication with clients and consultants, providing regular updates and addressing site-related concerns.
- Documentation: Ensure all site documentation, including work orders, safety records, and inspection reports, is accurately maintained and up to date.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Site Supervisor in façade and aluminum projects.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other construction management tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of façade and aluminum systems, materials, and modern installation methods.
- Leadership: Effective team leadership, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate staff.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in site supervision or construction management are advantageous.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and hands-on approach to addressing site challenges.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
