- Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
- Lead, manage, and coordinate laborers, and site staff
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Monitor daily work progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be able to speak English and Hindi
- Own VISA preferred
