We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in joinery and carpentry to oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient progress of our projects.
- Proven 5 to 10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the joinery or carpentry industry.
- Strong knowledge of custom and fitted joinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to joinery installations.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the project.
