We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Campaign Manager who is confident in front of the camera and passionate about storytelling. This role blends campaign strategy, content planning, and on-camera video creation to build engaging brand narratives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Campaigns
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
- Work with the content and design teams to build campaign calendars.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and trends.
- Stay updated with the latest platform features, formats, and viral trends.
Video Content Creation (On-Camera)
- Act as the face of the brand for reels, YouTube shorts, explainer videos, and other digital content.
- Script, plan, and shoot short-form and long-form video content.
- Collaborate with the video editing and creative teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Create engaging and relatable content aligned with campaign goals and audience interests.
Requirements:
- Strong on-camera presence with confidence in acting/speaking directly to the audience.
- Experience managing and executing social media campaigns (especially Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn).
- Ability to ideate and script video content.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
