We are looking for a Soft Service Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision:
- Conduct regular visits to all towers under scope (minimum once or twice a week per site).
- Monitor service delivery and ensure staff performance meets expectations.
- Team Oversight:
- Supervise on-site staff and ensure coverage where no direct supervisors are present.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, replacements, and attendance monitoring through the biometric system.
- Client Coordination:
- Act as the main point of contact for client communications on-site.
- Attend meetings and provide updates as required.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to the client for invoice processing.
- Maintain site logs, incident reports, attendance summaries, and other required documentation.
- Support the finance and billing teams with necessary operational data.
- HSE & Compliance:
- Coordinate with the HSE team for site audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure all sites follow safety standards and protocols.
- Support staff training and awareness on HSE procedures.
- Operational Support:
- Report maintenance needs and coordinate with relevant teams for action.
- Ensure material stocks are tracked and replenished as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in FM or soft services supervision
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and reporting ability
- Familiarity with HSE requirements and site audit processes
- Proficient in report writing and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
