Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Leader to manage a team of developers and drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality software systems. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best coding practices, architecture standards, and code quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team performance.
- Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and system planning.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose relevant innovations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background in backend/frontend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET, React, Angular).
- Experience with databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
