Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Solar Division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, excellent communication skills in Arabic, and a proven ability to manage both regional and local markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for solar products across the MENA region and UAE.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including EPCs, developers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to support client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics.
- Participate in regional solar exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales, preferably within the MENA region.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of solar technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
- UAE residency or valid work permit preferred.
