IQ Kids Nursery is seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team in providing care and education for children, including children with special needs, in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Position: [Special Education Teacher / Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Specialist]
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and education tailored to each child’s needs and abilities.
- Implement engaging educational activities that support physical, cognitive, and social development.
- Work on Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with management and the teaching team.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably with children with special needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Patience, positivity, and creativity in teaching approaches.
