Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Sports Scientist and Analyst to join our performance team. This role is key in enhancing athletic performance through evidence-based analysis, physiological monitoring, and performance optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports science, have strong analytical skills, and be proficient with performance data and athlete monitoring technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- He will oversee and optimize fitness programs, lead the integration of scientific principles into training protocols
- Responsible to supervise a team of trainers, and provide strategic insights to enhance overall fitness outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor in Sports Science,Physiology, or a related field. MSc preferred.
- Certified as a sport scientist and trainer in the candidate's home country with additional certifications in data analysis preferred.
- Minimum 5years of experience in a fitness or sports training environment, with significant experience in a senior or supervisory role.
