Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver smooth, high-quality paint finishes on various materials, including wood, acrylic, metal, styrofoam, and more.
- Carefully prepare surfaces to ensure strong paint adhesion and lasting durability.
- Accurately mix paints and operate spray-painting tools with skill and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and keep all equipment in excellent working condition.
- Consistently meet quality standards and project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in spray painting for furniture, signage, exhibitions, fit-outs, or joinery.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint application techniques, and various material types.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing top-tier finishes.
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
