We are a well-established company specializing in advertising, branding, signage, and exhibition design. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Skilled Spray Painter to join our expert production team and contribute to delivering premium finishes on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply smooth, high-quality spray paint finishes to a variety of surfaces, including wood, acrylic, metal, styrofoam, and more
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly for optimal paint adhesion and durability
- Mix and match paints accurately, ensuring consistency in color and texture
- Operate spray guns and related equipment with precision and in compliance with safety standards
- Maintain tools, spray booths, and work areas in clean and safe working condition
- Consistently meet quality expectations and complete tasks within project timelines
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in spray painting for furniture, signage, exhibitions, fit-outs, or joinery
- Solid understanding of surface preparation and various paint types and application methods
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
