We are seeking a proactive Stakeholder Engineer with a strong structural engineering background to act as a liaison between project teams, consultants, government authorities, and utility agencies. The ideal candidate has experience in design, inspection, and supervision, understands authority processes in the UAE (especially Dubai), and excels at getting the job done efficiently and accurately.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact with stakeholders including consultants, authorities (e.g., RTA, DEWA, DM), and service providers.
- Coordinate stakeholder requirements and ensure alignment with engineering and construction teams.
- Facilitate meetings, technical reviews, and site inspections with stakeholders.
- Authority Approvals & Permits
- Lead the submission and follow-up process for drawings, technical documents, and NOCs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local authority regulations and design codes.
- Structural & Civil Engineering Interface
- Review structural designs and provide technical input to align with stakeholder and authority expectations.
- Ensure constructability and compliance during design and execution stages.
- Inspection & Supervision Support
- Support supervision and inspection teams by coordinating authority inspections and addressing stakeholder issues on site.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical conflicts and site constraints related to stakeholder scope.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all stakeholder communications, approvals, and changes.
- Prepare progress reports, action logs, and technical correspondence.
- Problem-Solving & Risk Management
- Anticipate and mitigate potential stakeholder-related risks.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues proactively and ensure minimal project disruption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with 3–4 years of authority coordination experience in Dubai.
- Solid understanding of UAE regulations and authority procedures (RTA, DEWA, DM, etc.).
- Strong background in structural design, site supervision, and technical inspections.
- Proven experience working with consultants, multidisciplinary teams, and contractors.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proactive, result-oriented professional with a "get the job done" attitude.
