We are hiring experienced Steel Fixers to join our construction team. The role involves reading structural drawings, cutting and bending rebar, and assembling steel reinforcements for swimming pools, foundations, and other structural elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret structural and pool drawings accurately
- Cut, bend, and tie rebar according to specifications
- Install steel reinforcements for swimming pools, retaining walls, footings, and beams
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of steel as per design
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Coordinate with masons, supervisors, and engineers on site
- Maintain tools and keep the work area clean and safe
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a steel fixer (especially in pool or civil works)
- Ability to read construction and rebar drawings
- Skilled in using cutting and bending tools (manual and electric)
- Physically fit to work outdoors in Dubai conditions
- Strong understanding of site safety and teamwork
- Currently based in the UAE with a valid visa (or transferable visa)
