Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Steward Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry and be capable of leading a stewarding team to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a stewarding or supervisory role within the hotel industry
- Ability to read and write in English
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, inventory systems, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate stewarding staff in daily cleaning and dishwashing activities
- Ensure high hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Maintain inventory and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment
- Support kitchen and service departments with timely and efficient operations
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing stewarding team members
