Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead and oversee all store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, efficient daily operations, and a strong focus on sales and team performance. The Store Manager will act as the face of the store, driving a positive culture and achieving financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (sales, KPIs, customer feedback) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and adheres to brand standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and loss prevention measures.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
