Job Description
Supervise, coordinate, and support Store Managers in the daily operational management of supermarkets;
Ensure compliance with sales, margin, and productivity targets defined for each store;
Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sales, shrinkage, stockouts, inventory, customer satisfaction, among others), proposing corrective actions whenever necessary;
Implement commercial policies and promotional strategies defined by the Commercial Department;
Monitor and support the recruitment, training, and evaluation processes of store operational teams;
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards and applicable legal regulations;
Control stock levels and support replenishment and supply processes, minimizing stockouts and shortages;
Promote process standardization and continuous improvement in the customer shopping experience;
Job Requirements
Higher education degree in Management, Administration, Logistics, or related fields (preferred);
Minimum of 3 years' experience in operational management roles in the food retail sector, with proven experience supervising multiple stores simultaneously;
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills;
High sense of responsibility, planning, and organization;
