We are looking for a Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help our clients streamline their supply chain operations and optimize their overall efficiency through effective configuration and deployment of supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain requirements and challenges, providing tailored solutions.
- Analyze existing supply chain processes and offer recommendations for improvements utilizing best practices.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of supply chain management systems, including Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on supply chain tools and methodologies.
- Facilitate the integration of supply chain solutions with ERP systems and other business applications.
- Support data migration and ensure the accuracy of configured processes during project lifecycle.
- Document business processes, system configurations, and user manuals to support client operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Supply Chain Functional Consultant or in a related supply chain role.
- IStrong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning.
- Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Experience in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics.
- Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ), and Excel-based analytics.
- Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
- Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
