Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Sushi Chef de Partie to join our pre-opening team at KIGO in Four Seasons, Dubai.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sushi Chef, ideally within high-end restaurant concepts
Excellent communication skills in English, additional Japanese language knowledge will be highly advantageous
Currently based in Dubai
