XOFOZ Information Technology LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tally Sales & Support Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in both sales and software support environments. You’ll play a key role in promoting Tally software, onboarding clients, providing technical support, and ensuring our clients gain maximum value from their investment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Tally software solutions to potential clients across various industries through direct marketing and door-to-door engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and consistent follow-ups.
- Provide prompt and effective technical support for Tally-related issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering commercial and process-oriented solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, manage CRM records, and handle customer follow-ups.
- Deliver consultative support to help businesses streamline operations using Tally.
Qualifications:Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a combined sales and software support role.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good to Have:
- Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Tally Certification or formal training in ERP/accounting software.
- Experience in B2B software consultation or selling tech/business solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital support platforms.
