Transfer Pricing: Conduct transfer pricing audits and benchmarking, collaborate with internal teams, and prepare documentation to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations for intercompany transactions.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Conduct AML compliance audits, monthly due diligence, monitor transactions, and maintain records in accordance with UAE regulations.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of updates in corporate tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, AML as needed.
