Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Commerce Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics to students of CBSE Grades 11 & 12, delivering high-quality instruction, and contributing to students’ academic growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Instruction:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons for Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics as per CBSE curriculum standards.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in alignment with academic objectives.
Use innovative teaching strategies to meet the varied learning needs of students.
Track and report student progress, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Prepare students for board exams and ensure syllabus completion within deadlines.
Student Engagement & Support:
Conduct remedial classes or doubt-clearing sessions as needed.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty for curriculum planning and implementation.
Guide and mentor students in subject-related academic projects and competitions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the CBSE senior secondary level (Grades 11 & 12).
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and exam pattern.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for teaching and student development.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms is an advantage.
