About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to join the Housekeeping team in Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
- Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.
- Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
- Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
- Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
- Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience, preferably within an international hospitality organization, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and global service standards.
- Demonstrates intermediate technical proficiency, including basic computer skills, handling telephone inquiries, and operating Micros Cashiering systems.
- Communicates effectively in English, with proven listening skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Exhibits adaptability, flexibility, and empathy in dynamic environments, with a commitment to fostering inclusive and respectful interactions.
- Driven by a passion for excellence, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
