We are expanding our team and looking for a driven and client-focused Technical Sales & Client Success Manager to join us in Dubai.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales & Client Success Manager to lead client onboarding, drive sales, and ensure the seamless integration of our real estate technology platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full sales cycle while ensuring clients unlock the full potential of Saqan's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all technical and CRM-related needs.
Drive sales of Saqan's Web Builder and SaaS CRM platform to real estate developers, brokers, and property managers.
Conduct platform demos, sales presentations, and onboarding sessions to maximize client understanding and usage.
Lead client onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and setup of the Saqan platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues proactively, guaranteeing seamless installations and integrations.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional modules and features to enhance client outcomes.
Work closely with internal teams—IT, product development, and marketing—to align client goals with platform capabilities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM.
Act as the bridge between clients and Saqan’s product development team, providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a client-facing role involving SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, or PropTech.
Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of SaaS integrations, CRM configurations, and cloud-based technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable with in-person and virtual client meetings.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive problem solver with a passion for real estate technology.
Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
Ability to speak/understand Arabic is preferred but not essential.
