Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Coordinator who can join immediately.
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Undertaking urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of timelines, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Handling the sales inquiries whilst discussing with the sales team and offering timely price quotes.
- Handling orders by phone or mail and checking whether they have the correct prices, discounts and product details.
- Inputting orders- Ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements while maintaining accuracy and their delivery on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Requirements:
- Candidate with a technical degree is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Should be able to handle the telephone and email inquiries
- Should be able to make cold calls to generate new leads
- Be a team player and committed to complete tasks on time
Candidate with 2 yrs of Experience in Sales/Project coordination are preferable
