We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background and a passion for sales within the industrial machinery and automation sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling high-performance machinery solutions—such as Software’s, Embroidery systems, industrial Cutting / Sewing / Fabric welding machines, Curtain Sewing units, and custom automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts in assigned territories.
- Conduct technical consultations with clients to understand their operational needs and propose suitable machinery and automation solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations in alignment with customer requirements and project objectives.
- Coordinate and follow up with international machinery manufacturers to confirm specifications, delivery timelines, and installation support.
- Provide pre-sales guidance and post-sales follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to commissioning.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the company’s solutions and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions through CRM systems.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with technical sales exposure.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2C, B2B sales of industrial machines, technical equipment, or capital goods.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand machinery specifications and production applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships independently and professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling regional travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred
