Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Telecallers to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or generated leads.
- Present and explain company products or services in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Answer customer questions and address any objections effectively and professionally.
- Generate new sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Handle rejections positively and maintain a resilient and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using telecalling software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
