We are a leading investment and financial brokerage company based in Dubai, seeking professional sales employees to join our dynamic team.
The primary mission is to make phone calls to potential clients to present the company's financial services, attract new clients, and set appointments with sales consultants.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make daily phone calls to potential clients using a dedicated database.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s financial services and products (trading, investment, brokerage, etc.).
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide initial support.
- Create sales opportunities and convert calls into appointments with the specialist team.
- Update data and notes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional image that best represents the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in call centers or the financial brokerage field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with office software and CRM systems.
