Title: Telesales Executive – Healthcare
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive with a strong background in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, following up on old data, and converting leads into bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain a structured call log.
- Achieve a conversion rate of 50–75% to qualify for commissions.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client information and call records in software systems.
- Prepare reports and update records using Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Ensure professional communication and customer handling at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales experience in healthcare (mandatory).
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales/conversion targets.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and relevant sales software/CRM.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Goal-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
Compensation:
- 3000 Aed + commission (eligibility based on achieving 50–75% conversion).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Wellness/Cosmetology Sales: 3 years (Required)
Language:
- English and/or Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Mandarin (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
