We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tagalog/ Hindi and English, have a pleasant communication style, and possess experience in outbound calling, preferably in sectors like insurance, credit card sales, or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
- Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects
- Fix appointments with interested leads for follow-up by the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads through calls
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English/Tagalog.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
- Basic computer skills
- Preferred Experience: 2+ year of experience in tele sales, BPO, or any similar outbound calling role.
- More prefer for immediate joiner
