Job Title: Tele sales Executive

Salary: 2,500 + Commission
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele sales Executive / Broker to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships over the phone. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Explain products or services clearly and confidently.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and previous calls.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or brokerage is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
