We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. You should be an excellent communicator, persuasive, and passionate about customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or packages.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, or messages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and competition.
- Adhere to scripts, compliance standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and telephone systems.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Experience in fintech is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
