We are a fast-growing STEM education institute in UAE, dedicated to empowering young minds with 21st-century skills. We are urgently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in student enrollments and parent outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our STEM programs.
- Follow up on leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, and events.
- Explain course offerings, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Book appointments for consultations or demo sessions with our academic team.
- Maintain a database of contacts and update CRM with call outcomes.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Address queries in a professional and informative manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align on campaign goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in the education or training sector).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates with own/spouse visa or freelance visa are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
