Telesales Client Executive (IMMEDIATE)
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Client Executive to engage with potential customers over the phone, present customized solutions, and convert leads into lasting business relationships. The ideal candidate excels in a high-energy environment and consistently reaches or surpasses sales goals through strategic and effective phone communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to potential clients and respond promptly to incoming inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products or services
- Use CRM systems to accurately track calls, leads, and conversion metrics
- Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Address objections and resolve client issues in a professional manner
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of customer behavior and telephone sales practices
- Skilled in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
