Tele sales Executive – Job Requirements

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Basic + Commission (Based on Target Achievement)
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers over the phone.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain records of calls and customer responses using CRM or company systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales or operations team when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in tele sales (Freshers with strong communication may be considered).
- Language: Fluent in English (Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Target-oriented mindset
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary: [Mention Amount – e.g., AED 1,500 – 2,000]
- Commission: Based on sales achievement
- Target: Must meet monthly target to be eligible for full commission
- Incentives: Extra incentives for overachievement
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday off
