We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and confident in handling sales calls with UK-based customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential UK clients.
- Present and promote products/services effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and close deals in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tele sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.(Microsoft NAV)
